Returns that are sent back via carrier will receive an email confirmation when their return has been inspected* and accepted. Please allow up to 5 days after delivery for the return to be processed.

Returns dropped at a Return Bar are refunded within an hour upon inspection*. 

*Shoes must be in new/unused condition and in their original shoe box to be accepted.

Once the refund is processed, the refund will be applied to the original payment in 3-5 business days. 

Shop Pay installments may take 7-10 business days, and any charges will be processed until the return is complete. Orders placed using Shop Pay installments are refunded based on the amount paid at the time the refund is processed. If the installment plan has not been completed, the refund will apply only to the payments that have already been made.
