Orders placed on Aerosoles.com can be canceled up to 30 minutes after order placement.  We regret that orders placed more than 30 minutes ago can no longer be canceled or edited.

TO CANCEL YOUR ELIGIBLE ORDER:

Please use the "EDIT/CANCEL ORDER" button in the order confirmation that was emailed when you placed your order and follow the steps outlined.

On the next screen, cancel by pushing the Cancel Order button. Select the cancellation reason.

The order cancellation is confirmed with the confirmation page.
